All I did was go online and order flowers through Troys Florist to get a local store to deliver. But somehow I am at fault.
The people working at this shop are rude an only want to deflect and lay blame to other people instead of working through the situation.
Wow! Not good. Refused to replace droopy flowers delivered. I was very nice and even send a photo of flowers. I was told they dont want my business. I even offered to pay delivery fee again.
Staff was courteous.
My boyfriend paid a decent amount of money for a prom wristlet for me and I was excited to see other girls getting these huge, beautiful designs and flowers. When we got mine, it was based on a blue dress when my swatch was emerald green and the woman argued with us that the color of the swatch was bright blue. I even had gotten an email previously confirming my order of a GREEN based wristlet. So I got this ugly, fake flower wristlet that didn't match my dress. There was only 1 real flower on it, which was a dying white rose. It was decorated with pink and green parlour beads and I really think any kindergartener could do better. Will never go back.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADAHE!
My advice is to steer clear of this establishment and save yourself the hassle.
I ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered on the same day. The order was never delivered and when I sent an email to complain I ended up getting a call from Crall's Flower Shop. This shop is partnered with "Tele-Floral" I assume and told me because "Tele-Floral" did not get back to them yesterday, they did not deliver the flowers and that my complaint is with them. Whoever I spoke with, a male, decided to hang up on me when I pointed out that this is a problem between their shop and "Tele-Floral" because I have no partnership with anyone.
Very disappointing. Ordered flowers for my mother who is 89. Asked specifically for colors and varieties. When delivered there were only 3 different types of flowers and not the colors requested. When I spoke to the owner she stated that 6 varieties were delivered. This was totally inaccurate. I called to let the owner know that somewhere between her shop and my mother's home 3 plants went missing. I will never to do business with them again.
